About the Hostel
The Peanuts Hostel is located in a popular part of town called "Südfriedhof". Even though Kiel was badly destroyed during WW II, many of the houses in this area have survived. The building in which the Peanuts Hostel is located, was built in 1895.
The train station is only a short 8-minute walk away. The bus terminal and the ferries to Sweden and Norway are in easy walking distance, too. Just around the corner from the hostel you will find a supermarket, a bakery and plenty of other opportunities for shopping and eating out. For evening entertainment you might want to go to the cinema or the bowling alley at the train station, or to one of the little pubs and cafès in the area.
Once you checked in at the Peanuts Hostel we will provide you with your own key so you can come and go as you like. Just like at home...
